Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using WildSearch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What WildSearch is

WildSearch is an independent flight-availability search tool. We display information about flight availability that we obtain from publicly accessible sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Frontier Airlines, Inc. or any other airline. Flight bookings happen on the airline's own website — WildSearch does not sell tickets or process airline transactions.

3. Subscriptions and billing

WildSearch offers a free tier (limited daily searches) and a paid Pro subscription ($3/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. REPLACE WITH YOUR REFUND POLICY.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to bypass the search rate limit through automated means or multiple accounts; (c) resell or redistribute results obtained through the Service.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

WildSearch displays availability information that may be cached, delayed, or incomplete. We make no guarantee that any flight shown will still be available when you attempt to book it on the airline's website. Always verify availability with the airline directly before making travel plans.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildSearch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost flight opportunities, missed travel, or pricing differences.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
